I'm 42, rocking the Xennial mom life, which means I'm simultaneously fluent in TikTok trends and still jamming out to my original CD collection.
 
Raising both Gen Z and Gen Alpha means my daily fuel is a potent mix of pure willpower, lukewarm coffee, and a whole lotta botanicals. Yep, I’m that full-time working mom, building a wellness side hustle from the commute, strategizing between conference calls, and probably forgetting where I parked.
 
My brain operates on what I affectionately call my 'misunderstood superpower' – ADHD. It’s like having 10 tabs open at once, all the time, and occasionally one of them starts playing a random Beyoncé song. Add in the delightful roller coaster of anxiety and peri-menopause symptoms, and let's just say I’ve become intimately familiar with managing my internal symphony, one DNA drop at a time.

Basically, it’s loud, it’s real, and it’s always evolving.
 
It's part hormone-balancing act, part candy-coated botanical science, and 100% about finding what makes feel good, even when the world is screaming.
 

My Daily Drop Routine: Fueling the Chaos (and My Sanity)

You asked what keeps this Amber machine running? Beyond the sheer panic of a forgotten school permission slip, it’s my daily dose of plant-powered goodness. Every morning, it’s an orchestra of MLS, HPR, GTS, PWR Lemon, PWR Apricot, and PFT.
 
Think of it as my internal band hitting all the right notes so I can actually remember where I put my keys... sometimes. MLS, HPR, and GTS are my baseline for feeling human, while PWR Lemon and PWR Apricot give me that zesty 'let's do this!' energy and balance. And PFT? That’s my secret weapon for feeling... well, pretty fantastic.

But let’s be real, life happens. And for those moments when the wheels are threatening to come off the metaphorical bus (usually around 3 pm), I’ve got my 'candy medicine cabinet' on standby.
